Appilachain Mountain Inn near Ohiopyle & Fallingwater

The house was clean and in close proximity to Ohiopyle and Fallingwater and our bed was soft but comfortable. However, the microwave was badly damaged and looked unsafe to use. The dishwasher only works on the pots & pans cycle (there’s a note taped to its door) and the external dryer vent is caked with lint and looks ready for a fire. We didn’t use those appliances. It didn’t feel safe. The furniture needs repair for the reclining functions, the hot tub jets half work, and there are charges in the checkout instructions for things like a comforter on the floor and an exorbitant deposit fee only known after you book and sign their rental agreement. The provided WIFI password was incorrect and it took hours for the host to reply. It was, at best, fine. We were grateful for the fly swatter. It was well put to use.

House was perfect for us. Very close to everything we wanted to do. Comfortable, clean, easy to find and no real issues. 5 old ladies and a small dog. College roommates from Ohio& NC on our annual gathering. Yes I’d stay there again.

What a lovely stay! The house was clean, roomie, and the beds were comfortable. A delightful little cottage.

We really enjoyed our time at this house; it was a great escape for our family. The location is excellent and the house itself is well-maintained.The interior is very comfortable—the couches were nice for relaxing, the TVs worked great, and the beds were especially comfortable, which we really appreciated.The owners were also a pleasure to deal with. We actually realized we’d left an item behind after we left, and they were kind enough to send it to us right away. We had a smooth experience and would definitely stay here again.
